Commercial Roof Types:

Custom Roofing & Coating is experienced with many kinds of commercial roofing systems, including:

Shingle

We use four top-quality brands of shingle that you can select from:

  • GAF: Has a large selection of high-quality shingles to choose from.
  • Certain Teed: Is durable and superior to most other fiberglass shingle brands.
  • Tamko:  Is a cost-effective, high-quality, and durable in severe weather conditions.
  • Owens Corning: Has an excellent shingle quality with good wind performance.

We not only install and repair these quality shingles, but we have anti-algae resistance built into all shingles.

Metal

Metal roofing systems offer a wide variety of colors, styles, materials, and finishes. A metal roof may be one of the best investments you can make to boost your home’s value. It offers longevity and energy efficiency and has the bonus of being more sustainable than other roofing methods. We at Custom Roofing & Coating are experienced in installing and maintaining all forms of metal roofing. We use Tri County Metals and Gulf Coast Supply for our metal roofing systems.

Spray Polyurethane Foam

We are one of the few companies in Central Florida which can coat your roof for you. This method is popular in Arizona and South Florida. The polyurethane foam goes on low slope roofs, gives insulation and reflection from the sun on top. It’s done to the exterior of an existing roof.

One benefit to this roofing solution is that 90% of all joints and screwheads will be sealed when it’s complete. This means almost no heat gain on the inside because it gets stopped before it gets into the structure.

Another benefit is durability. Once it’s installed, it requires minimal preventative maintenance and repair. If it’s maintained properly, it can last over 50 years. This sort of roof should be inspected semi-annually, but if it does need recoating, there’s no tear-off of the existing materials, which saves you time and money.
